Our Focus
Artificial Intelligence field, Information Communication field, and, in general, natural sciences are lacking formal tools to understand, measure, analyse and exploit structural (contextual, integral) level of what they study. Novel mental models and instruments that make phenomena of context-awareness, emergence, wholeness and co-constitution available to sciences will mark the next leap in their reach. At Silent AI lab we develop this missing formalism on theoretical, philosophical, mathematical; and applied, algorithmic, computational, engineering levels. We are interdisciplinary - all fields and applications where contextual level matters are under our attention and potential influence. We see clear paths toward unlocking novel means of system diagnostics, environment and media analysis; sensing, scanning, radar technologies; semantic communication, structural information communication; machine perception; non-probabilistic, safe, reliable and transparent AI; intelligent programming languages; semantic error correction; analog error correction; knowledge and meaning mining; emergent properties understanding; material properties prediction, genome understanding, neuron modelling; and others.
With the ongoing automation due to the recent achievements in AI field, many people will look for new meanings. Old reasons, ideas, understandings, values, roles, old means of gaining significance will go through revision. Many will become pointless. The search and generation of novel meanings, relations, technologies, concepts and abstractions will become literally vital in the near future. The interdisciplinary leap we have ambitions for will bring a lot of novelties and spark curiosity in the minds of many.
